Online Glass Jewelry Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you’re not completely in love with your new glass jewelry, our return policy allows you to send it back to us.

Return Conditions:

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all packaging and tags.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must accompany your return.
  4. Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  5. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email to start the return process. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Packing: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number in the package.
  3. Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges:

Due to the unique nature of our products, we can’t guarantee exchanges for items of the same design. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for such cases.
